Bridget brings over 15 years of healthcare experience, including 10+ years as an ER nurse and 5 years practicing holistic psychiatry as a nurse practitioner. She supports patients in mental health care while expanding her work into functional and lifestyle medicine. 

 

Bridget is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Lifestyle Medicine at Florida State University, further advancing her commitment to evidence-based, whole-person care.

A former collegiate athlete and competitive hybrid racer, Bridget lives the principles of whole-body wellness she brings to her patients—supporting them with practical strategies for fitness, nutrition, and mindset.

With a background in holistic psychiatry and doctoral studies in Lifestyle Medicine, she takes an evidence-based, integrative approach to care. As a former collegiate athlete and hybrid racer, she helps clients build sustainable routines that support both mental and physical health.
