Elements concludes with a 1:1 collaborative session with a Clay Coach & Clinician who will review assessment results to establish a baseline for how your body is performing & provide guidance on changes you should make to help you toward optimization.

Peak is our most exclusive program and will help you create a custom blueprint for your health & make progress on your health goals through a collaborative partnership with your dedicate Coach & Clinician team for an additional 4-months!

PEAK® Clinical Care
